Lucid Dream Methods: Wake Induced Lucid Dream – WILD Lucid Dreaming
For Wake Induced Lucid Dream, first start off on your back. Then concentrate on your breathing and slow your thoughts down.

Next focus on each limb starting at your feet and visualize them filling up with liquid. Work your way up to your head. Your body then slowly starts to sink into the bed. After you finally reach your head, you should feel very relaxed and you can start to see lights and hypnagogic in your eyes.

Next start to pick out some of the shapes and try to follow them. You might get the urge to move or itch yourself but you need to do your best to always resist urge. Sometimes you might feel like you're moving or spinning. Concentrate on the spinning feeling.

Finally, as the spinning intensifies, you want to realize that you are fully lucid, though but no dream has started yet. You are just laying in your bed. Next just let yourself fall through and imagine falling from an infinitely tall place, as if you're skydiving. Then as you angle my head towards the "ground," create the dream world and fall like a meteor into the dream, starting your Wake Induced Lucid Dream.
