What it does for Lucid Dreaming
Dream Leaf helps improve lucid dreaming, dream recall, and balanced sleep.
Dream Leaf successfully activates the neurotransmitter ACh, which is known as the "lucid dreaming neurotransmitter" which has been proven to cause conscious/controlled dreams when activated.
The blue and red pill (taken at different times) work together to generate the best results for those wanting to enhance their dreams and have lucid dreams more often. Overall, Dream Leaf creates an optimal neuro-environment to generate lucid dreams.
The ingredients in the blue pill fuel deep sleep for the first 4 hours, and simultaneously inhibits your REM sleep.
Mugwort helps calm your nerves. This is a very popular dream herb for lucid dream enthusiasts because it also makes your dreams highly creative and way more vivid.
5-HTP increases serotonin levels, generating what's known as the REM rebound effect. This lengthens the dreams during the 2nd half of the night, giving you a way longer time frame for lucid dreams to be experienced.
The red pill it like a rocket, it's fueled by the neurotransmitters involved in your conscious thought processes. From increasing the level of neurotransmitters, you can greatly increase the odds of having lucid dreams. The red pill also promotes an accelerated REM cycle to piggyback on the effects from the blue pill.
Huperzine A slows down the breakdown of ACh, which helps you keep access to your reality memories. Huperzine A helps you to have more vivid lucid dreams.
B00XWQSD7G promotes rational thinking during REM sleep and is an incredible catalyst for inducing lucid dreams.
Choline works with Huperzine-A in increasing Acetylcholine levels. It's the most effective supplement for dream recall. Because memory and lucid dreaming are interconnected, this ingredient works wonders while you're sleeping.
My own results
Out of the first two times I took Dream Leaf. I had a 50% success rate of having a lucid dream. When my dreams are not vivid at all when I take nothing, Dream Leaf doesn't work for me. So the more you remember dreams, and the more vivid they are with no supplement, the better.
