Lucid Dreams and Telekinesis
Telekinesis is moving objects without touching them. Whether you are using your invisible hands, mind, or yelling out commands, it's called telekinesis. This is one of the fundamental powers that you need to navigate the dream world, along with summoning, teleportation, and flying.

How to do it

Along with the other forms of Dream Control, telekinesis requires you to actually believe in yourself and powers. Not to worry though, there are a bunch of tricks that you can do to lift anything up, like lifting up bad people and putting them in any other location where they can not harm you.

When you pick a method to do telekinesis, think of some of the movies or series that this power is used in. By watching a movie that has someone use telekinesis, you then get "visual proof" that a certain way of doing it will work. X-Men, Harry Potter, The Matrix and Heroes, and Star Wars are some great examples of telekinesis being used in different ways.

Although you don't need to watch these movies to perform telekinesis, though using passive control sure can help. When you do it like you see in the movies, you get an extra boost of confidence that you can succeed, and once you've done it once, you will be able to keep on doing it.

Here's some ways to do this power:

• Imagining rubber ropes attached to an object and your hands.
• Reaching out with your hand, using "the Force."
• Let a Dream Character do it for you.
• Be a fictional character with the power.
• Verbal commands.
• Invisible hands.
• A wand.
• Imagining the object being magnetic and your hands as well.

Possibilities of telekinesis

If you think: "So, I can lift things. This looks like a waste of time!" you're wrong. Telekinesis can be used for many, many things, and it takes just a little bit of imagination to start to see it.

For example, telekinesis can be useful by:

• Levitating prior to flying.
• Element manipulation; like bend the air around the element and manipulate it.
• Lift objects to make them come to or go away from you.
• Create protective barriers.

Telekinesis is very fun! This is a power that never gets boring.

When you first do Telekinesis, you want to start out small. It can be a struggle trying to lift an entire building the first time. Our brains like to first take baby steps. For example, first pick up a rock that is close. Or make some plants move. Once you've done these, you can move on to the bigger things. There's no limit to the power of Telekinesis, and with practice you can end up moving planets.
